Owner

Nathan and Shannon CrossAs an Army Veteran, Nathan Cross spent 20 years in some of the most demanding positions and locations that go along with time spent inside the SOF community.

During those years spent in the military, he was able to find time to invest in real estate, so Nathan knows firsthand what it takes to manage all aspects of various types of rental properties. He also understands what repairs are going to bring you the highest ROI so that your rental property performs as an asset and not a liability. As your property manager, he will be an advocate for your overall goal with your rentals.

Nathan began flipping and wholesaling homes about a decade ago with a goal of generational wealth. Together with his wife Shannon they tag team and streamline with precision. Nathan and the Real Property Management Endeavor team are passionate about their community and make sure that every resident has a safe place to live.

Nathan has also been a “Bigger Pocket’s” participant for several years where he learned the art of becoming a full-time real estate investor.

Nathan joined Real Property Management to leverage their systems, processes, and best practices of the brand that is housed nicely under the Neighborly umbrella. In turn, bringing endless opportunities to reach and exceed their desired goals.

Nef is a wonderful addition to the team here at RPM. He is always professional and has a proven ability for multi-tasking and problem-solving. He demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and is highly efficient, with excellent customer service experience and proven results. In his spare time, he’s a CrossFit enthusiast, loves hiking and spending time outdoors, with friends and getting to know unfamiliar places, and just enjoying a good book now and then.

Angeline Dela Cruz

Angeline is a highly skilled and dedicated customer service and admin support specialist with years of experience. She possesses exceptional communication skills and is known for her ability to provide outstanding customer service. She is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Her passion for customer satisfaction and dedication to providing administrative support make her an invaluable asset to RPM Endeavor. She loves playing online games, listening to K-pop songs, and watching anime in her free time. These activities bring her joy and help her de-stress after a long day.

Jenny

Jenny brings 8 years of experience in the BPO industry and nearly 4 years in property management, where she has developed a strong foundation across the entire rental lifecycle. From onboarding new tenants to managing move-outs and handling evictions, she has gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the process. Jenny is passionate about delivering smooth and efficient service and is committed to making each step seamless for both clients and tenants.
Outside of work, Jenny is a proud mom of three and happily engaged to her partner of 14 years. In her free time, she enjoys binge-watching anime and spending quality time with her family, who mean the world to her.

Maria

Maria plays a vital role on our property management support team, bringing a strong background in tenant relations and lease administration. Known for her problem-solving mindset and calm professionalism, she helps ensure our operations run efficiently and our residents feel well-supported. Marie is highly skilled in managing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and streamlining communication between tenants, maintenance staff, and property managers. Her attention to detail, multitasking ability, and positive attitude make her an essential part of our team.

Mary

Mary brings nearly five years of experience in property management to our team, with a strong background in application processing and a wide range of administrative tasks. Her keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills make her a reliable and valued team member. Mary’s proactive approach ensures smooth daily operations and outstanding support for both residents and staff.

Marie

With over two years of property management experience under her belt, Marie knows how to keep things running smoothly from handling leases and maintenance to keeping tenants happy (and the rent on time!). Add in her background in customer service, and you’ve got someone who’s not only organized and efficient but also genuinely loves helping people. Whether it’s solving a problem or just brightening someone’s day, Marie brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does.

Austin

Austin is a dedicated Property Administrator with a keen eye for detail. He plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Property Management team! You’ll see Austin doing all the things! Whether it be coordinating maintenance, scheduling inspections, performing routine property checks, or communicating with our clients and tenants, he consistently delivers top-notch service. With a collaborative approach and a calm, professional demeanor, he has become an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work, Austin enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family and friends.
